- Kathy Ireland's ABSolutely Fit
Kathy offers 5 different advanced ab workouts here. However, many exercises
are for advanced levels and need strong abs to start with. So if you are
just starting out, be careful. Do not strain your lower back. Each day's ab
workout contains 4 to 7 different exercises, starting with upper crunches,
moving on to oblique and ending with standing, kneeling or lying exercises
that require you to "drive your knees into your chest".
If you are just beginning a fitness routine, pick a video that that is suited for your level of fitness to avoid injury or strained muscles.
