Thanks for your interest in our Health and Weight Loss Directory. Please take the time to read our submission policy before submitting your website.

• Your website is related to health, well being, or weight loss.
• Your site is complete. If your Home page is "Under Construction", bookmark us, and return once your website is finished.
• Your website must have navigation that works. Sites with dead links or buttons that don't work will not be added to our directory.
• Basic Submissions are limited to "one link per domain." For example, if you put one link to us, and then ask for several links back with this one link, your additional submissions will be rejected. You may want to consider our Premium Submission for these additional links.
• Recip links MUST be on a page that is indexed by the major search engines. If your recip link is located on an "orphan" page, your link may be rejected.
• No sites that "redirect" to another website.
• No sites that are primarily affiliate banners with little or no unique content.
• No hate sites
• No illegal content
• Websites should be unique in content and be useful to visitors.
• Websites should be in English, or have an English Translation readily available.
• We reserve the right to edit your submission. This is at editors discretion.
• We reserve the right to reject your submission for any reason.
