Diet Fuel is a popular dietary supplement made by Twinlab. Prior to the year 2004, Diet Fuel was available with or without ephedra, a popular herb that was used to help boost metabolism and reduce your appetite.

Diet Fuel is still available without the ingredient ephedra and can be found in most drugstores or nutritional supplement stores. It is available in a 60 or 120 count bottle and works best when used in conjunction with a healthy diet and a moderate exercise program.

As with any dietary supplements, there are certain side effects that a user might experience such as jitteriness, a faster heartbeat, or headaches. If any of these symptoms occur, it is usually wise to stop taking it and check with your physician.
