Herbal teas have long been used to help aid in weight loss. There are many different types of tea out there to choose from. There are black teas, green teas, white teas, and herbal teas to choose from.

These teas contain herbs that help to boost your metabolism and help burn off fat. Some teas may contain caffiene or other stimulant type ingredients to help curb the appetite and increase energy levels.

Tea can be served either hot or cold, and sweetened with artificial sweetener or honey.
