Eat Grapefruit and lose weight


Grapefruit can help you reduce your weight

The grapefruit diet is a very low calorie diet plan that is used to reduce weight quick. The basis of this diet is that you eat a half a piece of grapefruit at all three meals. In order to properly follow the grapefruit diet, it is imperative that you eat every meal. skipping meals may slow down your metabolism and slow down weight loss.

For Breakfast:

  • 1/2 Grapefruit or 8 ounces unsweetened grapefruit juice.
  • 2 Slices Bacon.
  • 2 Eggs, boiled.
  • Black Coffee (no sugar) or unsweetened tea, if desired.

For Lunch:

  • 1/2 Grapefruit or 8 ounces unsweetened grapefruit juice.
  • 1 Cup salad with tomato and low calorie dressing.
  • 8 ounces lean chicken, tuna or fish.
  • Black coffee (no sugar) or unsweetened tea, if desired.

For Dinner:

  • 1/2 Grapefruit or 8 ounces unsweetened grapefruit juice.
  • Salad, as much as you'd like with dressing of your choice.
  • 8 ounces chicken, lean red meat, pork or fish. Use herbs for seasoning.
  • Black coffee (no sugar) or unsweetened tea, if desired.

It is suggested that you follow this diet plan for no longer than 7 days. Light exercise in combination with the grapefruit diet may reduce your body weight by as much as 10 pounds.
