Losing weight is not rocket science

Heather said: "Keeping track of what exercise you do (or don't do) is important too. If you never exercise, don't be surprised if your weight doesn't budge!"

The best way to do it is keep a notebook and write every bit of food you consume in one day. Do this for a week and go through and lookup the calories for the different days and find out what you really eat. The first thing you need to know is what is making you fat, so you can figure out a strategy to change."
