gizmonel said: "Well my doctor said that, so i must follow his advice right.

I drink usually about 2 L per day but that's also because I exercise every day and sometimes I drink more than that. I usually gauge whether I'm drinking enough by how many times I go to the bathroom (5-6 is best) in a day and you can also tell by the color of your urine (it should be a clear pale yellow).
Drinking lots of water does wonders for your skin as well. ;)"

They're little packages that you add to a bottle of water to make lemonade, ice tea or whatever flavor you like. I like the walmart brand better than crystal lite because there are 0 calories per packet, crystal lite has 5. Everything else is 0, fat, carbs, sugar etc. They've really helped me up my water intake.[/QUOTE]
I saw that at the grocery store last night. I have heard that Propel water isn't bad either."

Just put tap water in an empty Milk Jug and refrigerate it. It's the best drink I've ever had."
