I have never tried just eating vegetables, but I do eat a lot of veggies every day. Mostly in salads.."
Cupcake said: "Good luck. Just be sure that you're getting enough protein!"

My first goal is to make it 25 days without eating meat. Today was my first day and it went good.....it cant be that hard since the only meat I ate before was basically just turkey and chicken."

Do you like Soy products? I'm not a vegetarian, but I think there are some really yummy ones out there. Chick Patties are good (pretend chicken patties), there are also soy corn dogs, sausages, pepperoni, and of course burgers and much more.
Good luck!!! I don't think you'll have too many problems. I used to be a vegetarian, the only hard time was when I went to someone's house that didn't realize I was a vegetarian. I was in high school at the time, so if I went to a friend's house for dinner, her parents usually had meat as the main dish. I found it was pretty easy to politely skip it....they were usually happy to see a teenager take seconds of the vegetable side dish!"

Soya and tofu is a good replacement for meat, it depends whether you miss its consistency or its flavours. I used to live on jacket pots, salad, veggie stews, but be careful as its convenient to buy frozen meals and live on them, as it takes more prep and cooking time to be a creative and non bored veggie!"

I do eat a LOT less meat though than I ever have (just mainly trurkey or chicken every now and then). I HIGHLY recommend Morning Star products and Bocca burgers. Morning Star tomato pesto burgers and philly cheese burgers. As far as the Bocca burgers go, I like the flame grillers. I have Morning Star chkn patties. I haven't tried them yet but I heard from some people at work that they are very good. Everyone that I have spoke with who is a vegetarian swears by Morning Star products. I also drink soy milk which really isn't that bad at all. I'm trying to go vegetarian, but slowly is best for me. I also have a BIG problem with cheese. I haven't found any good vegetarian cheese though. If anyone has let me kow please.
Anywho, those are my thoughts. :)"
