Heather said: "I forget to say 'exercise'. Exercise will help your body burn calories all day long.
If you are really looking to tone, you will want to look into resistance or strength training. This type of exercise will help tone, and get you thinner."

-Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day
-Cut out all junk food
-Stick to a 1000/1200 calorie diet
-Excerise for atleast 30 minutes a day (longer if you have the time)
-And make sure you get lots of fruits/Vegetables.

cvalh said: "annette, kickboxing is gonna make those butt muscles bigger - as is fast walking, to some extent. while both will help you lose fat, you're not gonna lose that butt as easily. although it's boring, something like jogging/running would be good for you in this case. what you want is to burn fat without adding a lot of muscle to that area."

I dont eat alot... i eat healthy and im surounded by kids every day so im kept busy and always on my feet.

I wanna loose pant sizes like so if i could slim that down some and get a firmmer tummy id be so happy. I wanna loose like 30 lbs. It feels like every day the harder i try n the more i exercise i get bigger. Silly to say, but thats how i feel. I think going on a cabbage diet would make me sick, it would be something to try... but i dont like cabbage in the first place. But who said dieting was easy. But keep the thoughts coming :) thankssssssss ! :o"
