Totally got off course

shrkntz said: "It is okay to have a day like that, it is not okay to consistantly kick yourself over one day. Believe it or not, you are still on track. Moving has got to be one of the most best workouts going. Think about it, all the bending, moving, washing, packing, lifting. Some things I own are over 50 lbs. You are on a different track but at the same time, not sitting on a couch flipping channells over a television and bag of chips. I know you might be frustrated you are out of your regiman but think about what you are doing to still maintain motion and mobility. There are so many things we do daily that we do not take into account about what is classified as exercise. Moving, gardening, mowing the lawn, strolling in a park, camping, watering the lawn or gardens, rearranging a room, taking out garbage, draining and cleaning a fishtank, dusting, etc. All of these daily tasks require a loss of calories. It is best to not kick yourself because you should be standing in front of a mirror and admiring yourself. You can be your best friend or your own worse enemy. You have to deal with yourself daily and the best way to do that is give yourself a positive not constant reminders of what you did not do. I keep a daily journal of my food, my activity/exercise, and one good thing about myself a day. On a bad day, write it all out, feel it, and also make a not to yourself the date. It is one day, not 5 that you should constantly relive. I recommend it. Here is a positive for you. You did not sabatogue your success, you just did something different! I see that you are on the move, busy and constantly giving nice words. Keep up the good work.Have a great day:)"

I'm quitting my job, getting married next Saturday, moving Memorial Day weekend, and looking for a different job right after that. It's okay to let yourself be a little flexible sometimes. Just try getting back on track after the major stress is over."

Holly said: "I know how you feel!!!! I feel like I have so much on my mind right now that I get lazy with my eating. I'm graduating in June, trying to find a job, and getting married and moving in August. The feeling of finishing up school is overwhelming and exciting at the same time. I've got exactly one month until graduation day. I need to get with the healthy eating program again. :)"

Holly said: "WOW!! How are things going? Are you getting those details taken care of? I'm having a "wedding day" today with some of my bridesmaids. We are off to Paper Zone for invitation, program, and thank you note supplies. Did you make your invitations? And if so, do you have any trade secrets you can share? :)"

Qian said: "yep, just get out there and do it. If you enjoyed it before, and felt good, all it will take is once and you'll be back in the swing of it. I went through a rough spell here the last couple of weeks also, all it took was to go running one lap and i was back into the diet. I just feel better when I'm doing something I know is helping me. Just think of how good you'll feel when you eat right and excercise."
