i take a multi vitamin and a chewable vitamin c every day just to be sure."

Try adding foods that are healthy to your diet. Mabey increase your portion size of your lean meat. As a woman you need calcium to prevent bone loss. Mabery you can add a slice of real cheese with your apple or just eat it plain as one of your snacks. Adding an extra glass of low fat milk to your meal can help. With succsess in anything, it helps to research and ask questions. Good Luck!"

You have to take in enough calories to support your BMR or you will bomb out and maybe even get sick."
Cupcake said: "How bad is it really to have under 1000 calories a day? I try to add more calories by adding LOTS of fruits and veggies with every meal. I have breakfast, a midmorning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack, dinner, and an evening snack, but at the end of the day when I add everything up, its only in the 900's. And I can't possibly eat any more! I heard that if you eat under 1000 calories a day, your body just stores the fat you're eating. I only eat 10-15% of fat a day, so is this really bad for me??"

It worked for a few weeks, but then my weight stalled and stayed the same. Then, once I tried to add calories, I gained weight. So, I reduced my calories again to 1000 and I'm adding calories gradually so that I won't gain weight."
