7. ..enjoy the sun. It brings warmth and stimulates growth.
8. ..enjoy the wind. With it brings change.
9. ..enjoy the rain. Without it, you wouldn't see flowers.
10 .enjoy your earth. It is our home.
11 .eat to live. Eat healthy to be healthy!
12 .count your blessings
13 .forget jealousy. Negative feelings hinder personal growth.
14 .spend time with kids. They have simpler views on life, and everything
we needed to know we learned in kindergarten :)
15. .laugh. It reduces stress.
16. .be creative. Think outside of your box!
17. .travel. Even if it only takes a half an hour, enjoy the scenery!
18. .make memories. Nothing quite like a happy "remember when.." story
over a cup of coffee.
19. .spend time with your elders. One day, you too will be old..
20. .read. Keep your mind sharp!
21. .sing. You might not be on American Idol, but you still have a voice.
22. .share. Your time, your knowledge can help others!
23. .be brave, don't be afraid. Try something new, even if you think you
can't do it.
24. .clean and organize. When you put things in their place, they are easier
to find.
25. .perservere. Sometimes things don't happen as fast as you'd like. Stay
diligent, and good things will come.
26. .smile. Even if you don't feel like it. When you smile at the world, the
world smiles back.
27. .remember. Memorial Day is a time to honor those that have fell to
defend us for our freedoms. Thank your vetrans!
28. .learn. Study something you've always wanted to learn about.
29. .smell the roses. What a wonderful smell.
30. .tell someone how much you love them. Those are words that can't
be said enough..
