1. No fast food (including work food)
2. No french fries
3. Workout everyday except this saturday (I work all day and then I am going out with friends...but we are going ice skating)
4.Try to limit pasta and cheese intake
5. No chcoclate for one week
6. Make my own luches ahead of time!! <------Big one for me!!
7. Don't weigh myself until Monday!
