if your clothes start feeling looser, you are going in the right direction!"

Exorcise, muscle DOES NOT mean heavy thats a myth! Walk 30 min a day,do exorcises that lean and tone. Im a fan of the ball."

interesting way of looking at things. diets are something we do as a means to an end. as soon as we fall off the 'diet' the weight comes back. taking weight off slowly, with will and without starving yourself or using any other crazy means to do it will help assure that you keep it off. get active, be active and stay active.
eat right and live the fullest life you can!"

cvalh said: "if you find you have this problem, i recommend ignoring the scale for like a month. at first, you're probably gaining muscle, or it's your body adjusting to new eating habits. go back and look in a month, and if you still haven't lost any, evaluate how your clothes fit (looser?) and if you feel in better shape. if your answers to these are also negative, you might want to reevaluate your diet/exercize plan. but don't JUST rely on the scale!"
