I would rather spend my 10$ and visit a deli or grocery store. I find I have no control in fast food places because I go hungry and I end up regretting what I ate, it is the smell of the cooking food that entices me."

But i'm not completely against it. I had a burger (Just a single, just one) from dairy queen on the weekend and it was good. I haven't had fast food for a few months, but I don't think it's gross. It was a nice treat. It's okay if you don't overdo it.
I resisted that "brownie batter blizzard" i've seen advertised so much lately..."

Subway has good salads...you can get them with no cheese and lots of veggies. And they offer low fat/fat free dressings too."

My fiance and I love Taco Bell and we're trying to slowly rid ourselves of the habit."

Jen said: "I read Fast Food Nation and several years later, my husband and I watched Supersize Me, and we have vowed not only never to eat it again, but to never feed it to any children we have. We'll see how that goes....I don't even like it anymore, now that I know what I was tasting wasn't really what I thought I was tasting! YUCK!"
Ms.Brender said: "I recently saw the movie/docu. "Supersize Me" and I'm not sure I'll ever eat fast food again. I would recommend that everyone see it. It's where the guy eats all his meals at McD's and he gained like 25 pounds in a month and was having major health problems. It's an eye opener for sure!"
Diamond said: "About the only "fast food" that I like is from Chipotles. I like their burritos and bowls. (They used to be owned by McDonald's, but they spun them off a couple years ago.) I don't really eat there often, but if I'm looking for something quick it works in a pinch."

even most of the people like it...
i have one doubt about it, is it healthy food to eat, in this we get proteins and nutrients...."
