My Official Plan

(I already do this) (1 hour at lunch time at work, 1.5 hours at home) *Consume 1,000 calories a day. *Work out with weights every other day. *Stay motivated and even if I walk for an hour its okay as long as I actually move. *No eating out/candy/desserts/etc. until my honeymoon! I know more than likely I won't lose 12 lbs in 5 weeks, but I need to prove to myself that I can be an active, disciplined person. Any advice??"

Alisha760 said: "I walk by myself at work for an hour. When I get home I walk with my fiance and my little dog. I don't know anyone to go walking with at home other than my fiance and at work no one wants to walk with me. I use to go to a gym but its hard to keep myself motivated to drive an hour total thru traffic. So I bought a weight set and a gym set so I can work out at home and walk on a treadmill too."

UniqueMystique said: "Sounds doable! I just suggest keeping tempting foods out of your home for the next 5 weeks and don't do any grocery shopping on an empty stomach."
