If I were to tell my fiance that I lost 7 lbs and I had a lot more to lose, he wouldn't be able to grasp how much that was. lotusleaf said: "well done lou!!!!!once you get started and see it go down it makes you feel really good-id recommend using a tape measure as well as sometimes you can do realy well all week, the scales dont move, but the tape measure shows inch loss!"

loobe said: "Just thought I would tell everyone I have lost 7 lbs :D all my hubby could say was thats not bad. I was in too good a mood to have too much of a go at him for not being more pleased for me. But it does not really matter what he thinks as I am losing the weight for me not him :)"

loobe said: "My hubby helps with the cleaning, does most of the ironing (he knows how to use the washing machine but cannot sort out a light wash from a dark one), he does not cook but helps peel potatoes when we have them and does the washing up. He is not too bad at D.I.Y. He is not a hearts and flowers kind of man but shows he cares in his own way. What more could a girl ask for?"
