Today I had:
B- apple, grape nuts cereal w/ skim milk
L- whole wheat pita (1/2) w/ maranara sauce & a little chese melted together, 1/2 cup cottage cheese & low calorie orange juice (total of 700 calories)
Snack- apple
Dinner - not sure yet ... probably lettuce salad w/ cucumbers w/ light Ranch dressing, & applesauce
