I agree....fat loss is an overall process, there is no spot reduction....it might keep ya from gaining more there though."

Razor said: "Um yes! I have actually gotten great results with it. I have lost a lot of weight with it! Are you thinking of trying it?"
Razor said: "This Jorge guy is a genius! He even gets to be on TV. Here he is getting 625 bucks a year for people joining his site and stuff and here I am giving away the exact same advice for free on fitness forums... and people atill are willing to listen to him before they listen to me. :("

The overall idea sounds good though. :)"

From what I understand, it seems pretty reasonable, and fairly healthy. I was wondering if anyone has read it and could share a little more information on it. Just curious.
Eat every 3 hours, don't eat more than a serving size, excercise. Seems pretty straight forward."
Qian said: "I just saw him on Fox News and looked at the website. I'm already eating every 3 hours, I just wanted to know if he did something different or had other insight to it.
About the fat coming of the midsection area first. The guy promoting this diet states that it has something to do with the release of cortisol and that effects the belly area the most. I don't know too much about that.
It just seems like a fairly reasonable diet and I wanted to know a little more about it."
