It seems to go by height and My ball does not seem to want to deflate or anything because of my weight. I even bounced on it to see if it would do anything. The plug did not come out and it seems to be holding the air well after 2 weeks. I typed in Exercise ball in google search bar and it gave me a whole bunch of exercise sites for the ball plus even mini video clips."

I also use mine as a computer chair...it forces you to have better posture. As far as popping it, I think they have a really high weight limit...mine is 350lbs or so i think"

I think poping one wouldn't help my mood! :p[/QUOTE] hehehe, i had that same thought when i got one a few days ago!! luckily mine didnt pop and i did a few exercises on it, i just found it wayyyyy too comfy-if you just drape yourself over it, you could fall asleep!!!!"

It is excellent for your back as you put no strain on it at all, and is really good for crunches etc. It feels more low impact but thats a good thing AND its good to lie on to chill out on afterwards "
