Do you really believe that diet pills and suplements can help you lose your weight?Do you really believe that diet pills and suplements can help you lose your weight?

But writing them off as 'bad' is also wrong in the context of said particular instances."

I totally agree with you.... The secret is in the word 'magic' ..... Harry Potter is not real so neither are the 'magic cures' as much as we wish they were..... but, of course, they make it sound 'real' because of the billions of $$$s these goods generate !!!!
I think life was a lot easier before tv commercials, air brushed models and so on.... they have a lot to answer for !!!! :)
I heard an interesting discussion yesterday..... there was a black lady on the tv yesterday and she said that there were no pressures on her to fit into a certain size/shape... as there were very few black role models on our celeb magazines... so she was happy in her size.....
Cheers"

Basil said: "I'm asking this question because I'm over my head in commercials about magic cures for fat and I don't know what else, but I am a living proof (and I'm sure many of you are too :)) that only healthy way of living, good eating habits and exercise can help you get and maintain nice body figure. I tried to write about it on squidoo (I must admit that I'm rather new with writing and blogging, so forgive me if I have made some mistakes) - I'm married, and I have one child (at the moment), and I got back to my old jeans without any pills and magicians except healthy eating habits.
It's not easy, but I feel better now (with my almost 32) then with my 19.
Greetings to you all...
P.S.I've changed my old eating habits six years ago, and I still try to hold on to healthier way of living (of course, I like sweets, ice cream,...you name it :whacky011:)"

Bye "
