If you sit down and make out a menu for the week or next few days, that will help cut down on unnecessary spending and you not as apt to pick up foods that are not on your diet plan. I feel it is an expense I can live with in order to get healthier so my doctor bills will not be as high. Your heart will love the healthier you."

There is a store near here that supplies restaurants, and they sell to the public too. They have frozen vegetables, steaks, chicken, seafood.. and it usually ends up being cheaper than a trip to the grocery store. I get a few sauces and get to cooking!"

Now they just have to move and sweat. And it costs very little to eat chicken and salad every day. The less you eat, the less you spend on food!
