I just checked out Richard Simmons' website. I recommend it to anyone looking for a little inspiration. Not the part where you have to pay to get into the club house, but he has a new message everyday as well as other things that everyone can read.
I will admit that I bought his foodmover, though. It's only about $18 and it looks like a fun way to track your daily intake. I remember my mom using his Deal-A-Meal sysetm back in the 80's...this seems to be the streamlined version of it. It was kind of an impulse buy, but I haven't done that in a long time.
