Boot Camp Challenge Update

It could be only that the little "light" inside my head that tells me that I need to do something about my weight, finally went on. Right now I am in the no bread phase. This lasts for 4 weeks. I don't really miss it. I am sure though at the end of these 4 week I will be craving oatmeal and sick of my egg white omelete. ;) The exercise is hard too, but I know that I need to do the exercise to keep the weight off, and help to tone. So when I just don't want to do my workout I force myself to remember that it is hard now but I will enjoy it later."

I guess that they aren't that important. I had a dinner roll served with my lunch the other day, I just had the control not to eat it.."
