I toyed with the idea of contacts, but they were so expensive, no gaurantee and I would still have to wear glasses to drive. As for surgery, the risk of permanent damage or blindness is too great. They are all pretty straight...but I'd like them to be whiter because I have a big gummy smile. (Planning on correcting this later this summer.)"

The doc's say that I'd have near perfect eyesight if it weren't for the astigmatism. I can wear contacts too.....I just miss seeing everything when I wear them because I'm constantly wetting them. I think that if I'm happy with the teeth outcome....I may consider the eye surgery."

They aren't that bad yet (there not popped out or anything) but you can definetly see them when I wear shorts (so I usually rock capris). Plus in the winter I am so pale (I am Italian and I don't know how I got so pale?!) they look HORRIBLE! The summertime though, they aren't to bad with my legs being tanned. I was born with the scary things so they just didn't pop out of nowhere. I actually looked into getting them removed but it's like $200.00 for one saline injection on one vein and it takes severel shots to make the things dissapear. So "a" I'm not rich and "b" I'm not a fan of needles. So yeah I would say goodbye to the spider veins. And also, I would LOVE celeberity teeth. Nice white and straight. Mine are not bad but while we're on the subject of wishing......."

I would love longer legs, bigger boobs, straight teeth, perfect eyesight( I am legally blind without my contacts), I would love to not have to wax and shave, thicker eyelashes, smaller pores, and the list could go on and on for an eternity and then some. Heather, contacts are not that expensive. I wear them during the day and it is really nice to not have to fool around with glasses, and to be able to put on eye makeup without and encumberance, and also to be able to be around steam without being fogged up. You should look into getting them."

I actually do not mind my spider veins compared to the horrible varicose veins on the back of my right knee area. I've had them since junior high and I was not even overweight back then (I completely inherited them from my dad and if his legs and feet are an indication of more to come my way,,,,argh!). Then I was reading everyone elses posts and the next thing I thought of was my super dry eyes. I tend to sleep wth my eyes open at night and they dry out. Sometimes they are so dry I can barely open my eyes in the morning because the light hurts so much (even if the lights are off). They just tear and tear up. I do not want to drive or anything when they are in this bad a shape. Sometimes it takes a few hours before I can be "normal" again. I so hate it when this happens! OH, and my eyes are in general just super sensitive to light to start with...so the dry eys thing makes it even worse. And finally, my astigmatism. Never knew I had it until about 7 years ago. I can wear contacts but choose to stick to my glasses (less hassle). I guess that's it."

I had an incision for a mole on my chest in July (I had a skin cancer scare) that turned out to be benign and left a scar...my parents don't want me to get the moles removed on my face because it'll leave scars as well. But I think there are other ways to remove them safely without scarring! I also wish my hips were more narrow. They are wide (not in a fat sense...but more like the hips are kinda far apart) and sometimes it's hard to find cute pants that fit because of it! And they are not in proportion to my smaller upper body. Oh well I guess these hips will be good for child-bearing (not that I would at this age or in a couple of years, but still)"
