My mother came here from Cuba in the mid 60's which meant she suffered Castro's rulings for a few years. Anyway, we do have some relatives in Cuba and I know for a FACT Cuba's healthcare is TERRIBLE. It has never been fantastic. We had a relative that needed medicine and we sent it to Cuba. She never got it. The government holds back everything. Including quality healthcare. If you go to therealcuba.com, you will see what the place really looks like including hospitals and schools."
