You might want to look at some BMI (body mass index) tables on the internet. If I were you, I would aim no lower than 120 pounds for now. A BMI between 18.5 to 24.9 is considered a normal weight. 120 pounds puts you at a BMI of 22. The BMI doesn't take into consideration your body structure, you must do that. For example, athletes may look overweight on the BMI table because of all their muscle.
Also, don't take any numbers we may give you and set them in stone. If you are 130, 140, or whatever, and you feel healthy and energetic that is the perfect weight for you.
