Say that I decide that I want to lose 5 pounds before a comapany dinner party.....I won't do it...I'll eat poorly or won't exercise. But if I decide that I want to lose 5 pounds so that I'll feel better about myself...it seems to happen with ease. Maybe if you change your thinking....it'll help."

Well at the end of the night she asked me if I would be her maid of honor. HOOOOW COOL!!!! I have till August and this is great motivation. So Hopefully I can follow this plan I made the other night. 160-April 14th
150-MAY 14th GOAL WEIGHT!!!!
How: Portion control Leave 1/3 on plate
Reduce to no soda by one can per week. (already cut it in half)
No fried foods Mon-Fri
1 Cheat Meal on weekend!!
No food after 7:30 p.m.
Exercise:
1 hr of activity per day that includes heavy breathing LOL!!
Situps
Pushups
Wieghts eventually
2 days off per week if needed.
Food Journal@ weekly weigh ins and measurements. :D Whadya think???"

Yes, I cut my soda in half, and I am going to wean myself off it. I am drinking ALOT more water than I used to. :p ."
