However, you would have to be very strict with yourself. I was a vegetarian for about two years. I liked it. I'm still not much of a meat eater, but I feel the need for more protein, and meat is sometimes the easiest source.
You can still have beans, nuts, and soy. These are all very yummy, but it is hard to eat out or go over to friend's houses on a vegan diet (which is what you described).
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you do this diet, you will have to be prepared for many challenges! Side effect, you will be eating very nutriously."

Basically, it is 50% grains/wheat, 25% veggies, 10% protien and 5% fruit. You can not have any animale meats, cheese, and eggs.It seems healthy to me, I just wanted dome feedback if I am missing anything(something I am not aware of)
Thank All!"
