loobe said: "I went out for a meal with my mate the other night although I did not stick with the salads, I did not have any pudding.
We got talking about diets and challeneged each other to lose 24lbs by the end of July. We agreed a reward each, if I succeed I get a day out in London with the show of my choice. Who ever is more than 7lb away from the target weight gets to take the other out for a meal. I know its not a really hard forfeit but we could not think of anything else.
