spectrachic311 said: "Hey all...I just thought I'd share the cool news. I have been strength training for the past few months to build muscle and bone strength and to add definition to my body. Well, although the scales haven't changed much...my official weight now is 115 lbs, down from 119 in November when I bought my wedding dress...I lost a whole size!! My dress needs to be taken in. I just had my final fitting this weekend. (My big day is May 21!) So if anyone is getting discouraged with scales...pull out that tape measure and see the progress for yourself!! :)"
