Unique, You know I would be a drill sargent out there =) I think we all have a little to offer each other.
I changed my routine up a bit. I am a little more focused on dropping fat than gaining anymore muscle. I have great size, but it just does not show because I am carrying a little too much fat. I have drastically cut down my drinking, going out to eat, and eating junk. At lunch I go do 40 minutes of cardio and then after work I lift weights. I hope this works because I go to Puerto Vallerta in June!"
