I remember eating kentucky fried chicken, it came to 795 calories I believe. I did not do that again, I used to eat it all the time. You can do it, just makes you stronger the next time there is a chance to fall back."

We went to the spaghetti factory for dinner, and there they give you everything with your meal! So I had bread with garlic butter, salad with blue cheese dressing, appetizer, spaghetti, and chocolate cake! I didn't order the cake, they just brought it b/c the service was slow, but if it's free..well.. Anyways, I found it quite interesting, because I tracked friday on fitday.com, and just that one meal worked out to be 1900 calories!!! I had only ate 700 calories for the rest of the day, so my total was like 2600.. That's like double what i've been eating lately. It's amazing how much one of those big meals adds up to.. I haven't gained any weight tho, haven't lost any either :S"
