Holly said: "For breakfast, I'm really enjoying hot cereal. I like to eat oatmeal with about a 1/4 cup of nuts and some fruit. When I don't want something warm, I like to have yogurt with fruit and a piece of toast.
For lunch, if you don't mind the carbs, I think a sandwich would stay fine for four hours. I did that all through high school. Use, of course lean meats and cheese, and mustard instead of mayo. Along with that, I would keep bringing the fruits and veggies that you have been taking.
You could also bring a protein bar to complement your vegetables and fruit.
I sometimes brought healthy cereal with me too and just ate it without the milk, when I didn't feel like bringing a sandwich.
I know it is hard to think of things that are quick to pack and don't require a microwave or anything! :)"

Breakfast - 3/4 cup Low fat Vanilla Yogurt, Fresh or Frozen fruits ( strawberries, rasperries, bannanas... whatever u want or like), and 1/4 cup of roasted almonds. SOOOO good and healthy too!!
Lunch - Salad! Mix your fav Veggies, Cheese, and Chicken with a light creamy dressing ( Good if your doing Low Carb dieting! )
Other ideas are :
- Chicken Ceasar Wraps
- Pitas ( lettuce, tomato, ham, cheese..)
