Before Pics

fitwitch said: "Well, I'm doing it. I need the motivation to get and keep me going. I am posting before pics, taken just yesterday in a Bikini. I'm posting it here, because this is probably the busiest of the forums. I invite anyone else to go ahead and post their before pictures too. I am 5'2" and my current weight is 168.8. I am aiming to get down to 165 by the end of September, if possible, but I'm not going to rush anything. I realize that I have to go slowly and stop expecting results so soon, and keep at it. The weight won't go away on its own. So... here I am. fitwitch said: "I've thought about taking pics every week, but then I thought I should do it every month, more noticeable of a change. Either every month or at every milestone goal (160, 150, 140, 130 and then at 125.) I actually am sore, but not horribly so today. I started Tuesday with my workout regimen. Tuesday I lifted weights (3 lbs) and worked my upper body/full body. Wednesday I jogged/walked 2 miles (would have done 3 but my daughter was with me and there was a storm approaching, didn't want to take any chances with her.) Yesterday I lifted weights again, working lower body/full body. And did Pilates, and then we finished the last mile we missed out on Wednesday. Today I am going to jog/walk 3 miles again, and then tomorrow is my Yoga and meditation day. Wooohoooo!:roll:"
