a healthy way?

It really doesn't matter when you eat, a calorie is a calorie no matter what. But you'll probably have more energy if you eat a little more in the morning and a little less at night. What does your 1000 calorie dinner usually consist of? I'm thinking that if you don't eat all day and then eat a dinner of say, pizza, it'd be pretty easy to go OVER the 1000 calorie mark and that'll sabotage your efforts."

It is usually better to have small meals instead of one big one. Make sure you get your required nutrients though and don't compromise you health! Take supplements daily if you are eating too little. So far you're doing a good job though!"

By barely eating during the day and going home at night to have app. 1,000 calories, you're making your body think its not going to get enough to eat and then eating WAY too much. Your body stops burning calories as fast as it normally would so, basically, you have a lot of energy not burned when you go to bed. I think you should spread it out more..maybe 600 for breakfast and 400 for dinner plus having the snacks a little earlier. That way there isn't too much for you to store when you're sleeping. Then again, I'm new here. You may want to wait for someone else's advice as well =]]"

So, my workout/diet plan is as follows: Wakeup around 10, go to class until 11-12ish Eat Health/Nutrition Bar (about 240 calories) Intense interval cardio for 30 minutes, weight lifting for 30-60 minutes Big dinner (about 1000 calories) around 6 Late night snack (almonds or fruit) Am I eating enough here? It seems to be working so far, but I would like to know if it is healthy. Thanks for any help as I am new to this."
