Sassysurfnic said: "Well, I weighed myself the other day (I know that scales can make you crazy, but I was curiouse and I can't find a tape measure) and I am very happy to say that I went from about 150lbs.(technically I think148 or so) down to 140 lbs!! I am very excited and proud of myself. I replyed to a college student who is new here and I gave her some healthy food tips and I told her that at least once a day I go through all the forums and read what everyone is saying or what they are doing to improve (and loose :) ). I always feel better and supported knowing that at least someone is in the same boat I am. A while ago I had a hissy fit when I went away for a week to see my parents and how bad I ate and how everyone was trying to sabotage me with my eating and I remember feeling so lost and mad but then I read a couple of posts and it was nice to read and realize that *stuff* happens and you have to remain positive and stay motivated and coming back to the forums and reading everyone's posts really makes me feel better and puts me right back on track no matter what I ate that day or how my week was. I personally enjoy Featherish very much and I owe a my success to the board. So thank you everyone I hope I can help you as you have helped me! Thank you again :)"
