If I need some motivation or self help I normally turn to myself. I might feel bad for awhile and then just tell myself, "I will be okay"," I have to be strong", "this is not permanant", "I have the power to change and do better", "Life is too short to feel this way, I need to have some fun and relax".
It really helps just to think those kinds of things and try to talk yourself out of feeling bad. it can work, I just do not read anything or listen to anything like it.
If all else fails, there is always hubby, and especially mom, or you guys."

DBrew said: "I have not been reading informative books lately, except for cook books. I love to cook. Right now I am looking for a good Vegan banana cake recipe.
In the future, I plan to get some drawing technique books and sewing books.
So ,you do Yoga. That is pretty hard. I tried a video once and kept falling over. I really love some poses thoguh. They are good for stretching tight muscles."
