Even though the road may sound long, you can do this.
Is your husband going to lose weight with you?"

I didn't have to worry about being at a party and not being able to eat anything because it wasn't in my diet. I eased up on it once I lost all my weight and use the "framework" of it as a maintenance mode. The thing is...you have to watch your portion sizes. My mom went on it with me originally. But she started to eat a lot of "healthy" food in unhealthy portion sizes and gained most of her weight back. :("

Now she is back on the program seriously and has lost almost all the weight she gained with the baby. Right now she has steadily lost about 4 lbs a week. She knows that is not good but she is just working out and eating well. They cook every night at home. The only big thing that she does different than normal WW people is that they eat alot of vinicen. The second to youngest is alergic to beef and my BIL loves to hunt so they dont eat alot of beef."

She has been trying to lose weight the past 5 and a half years of I've known her and this is the first thing that has worked for her.
I don't have too much left to lose, so I don't know if I want to spend the money on it or not ($12 a week).
Anyway, I was curious to see if others have ever had the same success. I think it works really well for social people that enjoy looking forward to seeing their friends once a week and sharing their thoughts."

Good luck!!!! :)"

If you think about it, you don't have to really restrict any foods exept for exessive eating of junk foods. All you have to do is control portion size, add water, exercise, and veggies. You'll notice a big change right away in the way you feel. My mom and I did weights watchers for 6 months and lost a combination of 70lbs!! It was awesome. A little tip tho, do it with a buddy. It makes tough times so much easier and the motivation is always there. If anyone wants anymore info. on Weight Watchers, e-mail or message me and i'll be glad to help.
My eating ways have stayed the same since weight watchers, and i'll never go back to my old ways.!!
Good Luck!"
