for the past 2 weeks i have been doing two 15 minute biking workouts a day 7 days a week.
just today i heard that you should only workout 5 or 6 days, is this correct.
but working out 7 days will benefit you too right.
i plan on moving up to 30 minutes each session gradually.
i am confused guys, please help
i am hooked on the 7 days though"

work your way up by adding resistance and time.
if something hurts you, stop doing it.
with time and effort you can do anything you set your mind to!"

i feel great and the two 15 minute workouts a day are helping me a lot.
thanks for all the tips, but i will stick with what i have been doing and then gradually bring in some weight training.
my body does not feel any strain at all.
i will bump up my time by 2 minutes every week until i am at 30 minutes each session."

Listen to your body so you don't injure yourself, and keep up the good work!"

If the exercise is very strenuous, then you'll need a rest at some point to recover. But let's face it, early on the main thing is just to do it. The fact you've done 15 minutes a day for 7 days is a good indicator that you're forming a habit.
A surprise to me was when I heard that a habit forms in 3 weeks of repetitive behavior. So if you force yourself to work out for a month, you'll basically be hooked.
I have to admit I'm addicted to exercise now. I can't imagine not doing after a year."
