Today, to my surprise, I lost 10 already! I have cut my calories down to between 1000-1200 a day, (eating 5 times a day, about 3 hrs apart), and I have been exercising every single day, Monday through Friday I alternate cardio with strength training at home for 35 minutes, I also walk a mile to a mile 1/2 every night after dinner, and on weekends I walk a mile in the morning and a mile in the afternoon at my local track, and when I'm feeling really good, I take my boys out in the stroller around my neighborhood for a walk in the afternoon. I can't tell you how great I feel, since I started, I haven't had headaches, which I used to get daily, I sleep better, I enjoy my food more and eat slower... I haven't taken my measurements yet to compare what I started at, but I've noticed a tremendous difference in my upper arms already and my pants are getting loose! I'm ready to meet my next goal on May 14th to lose another 10.. wish me luck!"
