It is funny how we all view so poorly of ourselves because of weight. I did not know that P.J. was a plus size model. It is amazing how actresses are so forced into being something they are not, body image is so important to them. They said it has to start from the heart, from the inside. I like that. It is harder to change thoughts than body. Body comes after the thoughts change. It flows after that. I liked how the darker skinned coach said "look in a mirror naked and find one thing you admire about yourself, if you can do that, you can change your view on your body" A mirror reflects what we see, our feelings reflect what we don't sometimes."
