yum, camomile tea

Herbal teas are made from herbs/plants other than tea, like mint, echinacea, etc. I love most of them, especially peppermint, because they are caffeine free and taste good. And they are definitely a better choice than a Starbucks latte thing. Most Starbucks drinks are full of calories and I think herbal tea is a great choice."

Unfortunately, it didn't work. So when I went to Starbucks before school today, I ordered some camomile tea with a mint tea bag to soothe my throat...and it actually worked! I mean, my throat has a tiny bit of soreness, but it wasn't as bad as the previous days. I don't know if camomile tea has the same weight loss or metabolism boosting benefits green tea has...but I'm sure there's less calories in it than the non-fat no-whip lattes I normally get at Starbucks. Plus, it's not rich enough like those lattes to make you go to the bathroom (Sorry, that was probably TMI). And I love the flavor and soothing effect of mint. I've been trying to drink more tea instead of coffee and lattes/frapps...it tastes really good, and it's good for you! :whacky011:"
