I know that if I dwell on my past diet mistakes I will fail, instead I tell myself I am not giving up no matter how slow or how long it takes, this is one area I can control in my life even if everything else falls apart."

I have found the best way to lose weight is to calorie count, exercise and drink lots of water?
What method are you using to lose weight?
All the best.....I look forward to reading your future posts. Furthermore, I look forward to reading your success story! :th_dblthumb2:"

My advice for your continued weight loss, (congratulations on your great success so far, btw!) is to browse the weight loss success stories and the journals here. I recommend Matt_9's journal especially, he's your age. Half the battle of losing weight is discovering your personal strategy against the diet-busters and there's lots of tips to be had in the various threads. Keep a journal here, it really helps! and everyone will jump in to help! It sure worked for me!

I'm back down to a 10, but at 5'2" with a small frame, I've still 15 pounds to go. I know it drives people crazy when "skinny" people want to lose more weight, but I definitely need to do it.
Anyway, HI! Any words of encouragement and advice are welcome.

I'm not much of a calorie counter, actually. I just can't do it. I'm a strict vegetarian and I'm looking into veganism. I'm a portion control freak, and I love my raw fruits and veggies. Water is high on my list of priorities as well. Exercise is less high right now, as its hard for me to find time to work out at school. But when I go home for the summer, my 60 hour weeks at the daycare (40) and the Larkspur Renaissance Festival (20) certainly help. Being on your feet all day is (contrary to popular lazy belief) good for you!
I'm working hard, and loving myself every second of my days. (Self love is the #1 reason to lose weight, IMO. If you don't love yourself now, you'll never love yourself skinny.)"
