i need supporti need support

You can always put the little one in a stroller and head off to the park or for a walk. You get a lot of excercise just pushing a stroller and walking. It will take time to lose the baby fat, some of us it is still a struggle to get off the 'baby fat'. Start out slow and you can look into swimming with baby, aerobics with baby.
