Tummy Tuck?

Jaybird said: "Has anyone here had a Tummy Tuck? I'm probably going to get one soon, HOPEFULLY in the next few weeks. I've lost about 70lbs and my stomach doesnt look anything like it should and i doubt working out will do much if anything. I just wanted to know if anyone has or know anyone that has had one. My main concerns is the scar and recovery time."

naynay said: "hmm i would like to know too...i never had a prob with my stomach before but during my first pregnancy my belly got big but had this hanging skin at the bottom....have no idea why....well it never went away and i have to say..warning may be TMI...i have to clean under it all the time and it still gets red and sometimes irritated, thats y i want one..looking better is a plus as well"

I am not down to my weight goal yet that I would consider doing it, but you will have to keep us up on the details as to whether you do it, and if you do, let us know how it goes. My main concern wouldn't be the scarring, or the recovery time, just the initial surgery I think would be on my mind....esp....anesthesia, and just plain being on the inside of a hospital... :dazed052: LOL...."
