The gym boring? I find that too sometimes but I play games with myself to keep it interesting. For example, when I run on the treadmill I try and beat my speed and time each day. Otherwise, I do it for charity...... I say 'Lord, take all the effort I do at the gym today and give it to someone in need'. Then I feel like I am doing it for a reason. They sound like silly games (and they probably are) but they work for me!

I just changed my program. As i get really bord with the same thing.
I warm up on the bike 20min on quick start level 4.
Treadmill on lap 15 min jog.
Tricep Extensions 3kg weights 20 reps x 3 sets
Bicep curls 3kg weights 20 reps x 3 sets
Sit ups 20 reps x 2
Flat Bench Abdominal Leg Pull Ins 10 x 2
Cross trainer x country 40min
Side bends 5kg weight 20 reps x 2
Row level 6 5/10mins
Slow pace walk on treadmill
I always bike it to the gym and back. It takes about 15min each way.

Hopefully i have a better week next week. IT's no good i have to stop this eating in between meals.
I have lost the motivation for the gym. It just feels like a very big effort to get there and when i am there i find it really boring. I change my routine and my music. I Have tryed a class too.
I have to just give my self that kick up the bum.

Doing the gym for charity thats a great idear. I will try this one out. I think i do it for a mental heath charity. As i had my fare shar of help from them.
As for swimming costumes we call them bathers hear.

Well this week. There no excuses for me this week. I eaten what i wanted when i wanted. Hence the the 3 lb gain. Rowan was of school and that one of my danger times. Also not been able to go to the gym. I was tempted by all the goodies in the house.
THIS WEEK GOING TO BE BETTER. TURST ME ;-)
