Brocolli, Cheese, Noodle Casserole
1 Head Brocolli, Chopped Up
2.5 Cups Whole Wheat Noodles (I used Rotini),
.5 Cup Light Cheddar Cheese
.5 Cup Cottage Cheese
Approx 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Cheese Sauce Mix
Sprinkle Onion Salt
*Preheat oven to 350
1.Boil Pasta until Al Dente
2. Put brocolli in casserole dish and microwave 5-10 mins until tender.
3. Prepare cheese sauce according to directions on package.
3. Mix pasta, cheese sauce, and cottage cheese in with the brocolli, add a pinch of onion salt and mix together.
4. Top with cheddar cheese
5. Bake 10 minutes at 350."
