lakelady said: "Don't Panic!!!! Yeah, it's fine. When I first started that big diet over nine years ago I lost 100 pounds in seven months. everyone here knows that. What they may NOT know, is that I lost the first 40 of it the first month. When you are considerably overweight it takes a lot of calories to support that extra flesh, so when you first start to lose, it comes off really fast at first. Don't worry, it'll slow down considerably! If I remeber right, it took me over a month to lose those last 10 pounds. The rate of loss changes as you go."

Are you following any diet or exercise program?[/QUOTE] I'm on a low fat diet and im eating 1200 calories im also writing down what i eat in a journal and yesterday i went for a bike ride cus i love riding and ended riding my bike 15 miles with out realising, that is the wonder of county parks only time i realised is when i looed at the mile markers o yea and when i was done i could barely walk lol"
