How healthy?

pixiechic said: "it sounds pretty good. i use egg beaters. they are a little more expensive than regular eggs, but are really low in calories and fat. i think that the cholesterol is zero. breakfast is the most important meal of the day!"

Is this okay to have for breakfast, or is this too much carbs/fat/calories to have first thing in the morning?? Would it be better to cut out the egg yolks??"
